About the role
As a senior localization professional, you should already know very well what awaits you in the role of a production Group Manager in a well-established LSP such as RWS Moravia. As long as you follow our values, keep the client satisfied and your team happy, we’ll give you all the support that you’ll need to succeed.

You’ll lead an international team o 6 Senior Project Managers based both in the Czech Republic and China. We need you to be able to work occasionally on-site to establish great relationships with your colleagues in Brno, mentor them and to help them grow professionally. You’ll also be working very closely and directly reporting to Program Director.

 

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for effective and efficient localization production in your group. Production planning, allocation of resources, managing margins and volumes, budgeting, QBRs…
• People management, coaching your team
• Handling any client escalations, managing portfolio of own clients, and being responsible for their satisfaction and profitability of the accounts
• Close cooperation with the program director, including presenting solutions and process improvements
• Regular management reports, updates to top management, peers and your team regarding projects’ progress, forecast of KPIs
• Monitoring of external and internal clients' satisfaction with group's results, taking improvement actions when necessary.

 

Requirements

• Maybe you are a senior project manager and you want to grow. Or maybe you even want to slow‑down and step-down from a more senior role. But we need you to already have a senior experience (several years) in localization project management – this is a must.
• Previous experience from a role involving coordination of multiple clients and at least a mid-size international team and projects is desired and would be big plus
• Other experience from service delivery or other project-management-related fields is an advantage
• Mature coordination skills, being a people manager and an excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills
• Good mathematical skills and financial acumen are a strong advantage
• Analytical thinking and ability to propose original solutions and improvements
