- 带领团队进行特定产品修改设计的项目，并对工厂研发相关工作进行支持；
- 负责TNS, OVC等产品从售前咨询至交付的全流程；
- 负责产品线以及MIT材料研发本地化的工作;
- 负责工厂研发相关工作的沟通；
- 负责团队内人员招聘，能力发展及人员能力规划的相关工作。

- Lead a team for designing project specific product modifications and support the plant for engineering related topics; 
- Owner for modifications from sales consulting until delivery incl. TNS, OVC and process responsibility;
- Owner for localization of product lines & MIT material from engineering side;
- Single point of contact of plant for engineering related topics;
- Responsible for hiring, competence development & capacity planning at ENG3-CN.

 

-统招硕士以上学历，机械工程或工业工程相关经验；
-3-5年工厂自动化相关行业工作经验；
-熟悉机械设计及机械工程，具备采购、物流和制造等相关基本知识；
-积极主动，有创造性和独立的工作能力，有团队管理经验优先；
-流利的英语听说读写能力，有德语能力者优先。

- University degree (master) in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering;
- Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in factory automation;
- Profound knowledge in mechanical engineering. Basic knowledge in adjacent functions like purchasing, logistics and
 manufacturing;
- Highly motivated, pro-active, creative and independent working capability. Team leader experience appreciated; 
- Fluent in English (verbal and written), German appreciated.
