Country Learning Manager
Key Accountabilities:
Ø Engagement with operations and all HR partners for China locations to deliver on business needs via all L&D work streams
Ø Empower staffs to qualify their roles and support a better performance
Ø Engagement with training resources to design learning structure and create and own LA calendar
Ø To lead and execute learning initiatives/programs as assigned, across WNS China.
Ø Deliver Customized Training as per the WNS Performance Management (Wins) training need.
Ø Develop and build training delivery capability of L&D.
Ø Implementation of WNS Domain universities.
Ø To lead online learning program for digital organization
Job Responsibilities:
Ø Implement and execute trainings and interventions based on Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to align business and individual needs for the organization.
Ø Each trainer will be owning a BU/EU - meeting all training needs of it by collaborating with other trainers, engage with BU.
Ø Delivering workshops across levels, Coaching and mentoring.
Ø Evaluate training programs – Calibration.
Ø Coordinate and deliver various value added programs/initiatives based on needs expressed by business.
Ø Attend skill development programs, e.g. facilitation and other appropriate advanced facilitation/trainer skills programs.
Ø Achieve the defined and mandated participant and trainer training days.
Ø Improving the Learning penetration target.
Ø Ideating, conceptualizing and Implementing Innovative learning initiatives (e.g.: LATV).
Ø Adhere to processes and suggest system improvement (DBR, Post training effectiveness activities, tracking self-progress, etc.)
Ø Meet all audit and compliance standards.
Ø Implement process and system improvements.
Ø Creation of a Career & Developmental proposition for self and also enhance the current skillsets .
Education and Experience
Ø 7+ years of relevant work experience
Ø Should have had exposure in operations, content development, V&A
Knowledge and Skill Required
Ø Excellent training capabilities
Ø Good communication skills in both Chinese and English languages
Ø Collaborating with trainers
Ø Sound Microsoft Office skills
Ø Relevant certifications in the L&D domain
Ø ISO certified, Six Sigma, LEAN
Ø Psycho-metric tests knowledge/certification.
Ø Excellent interpersonal skills, lead initiatives.
Ø Multitasking.
Others
Ø Project Management (Planning & Execution Skills).
Ø Interaction with BU/EU & BU-HR regularly.
Ø Interacting with LA team across locations on a regular basis.
Ø Maintain and observe WNS’s internal control standards, implement and ensure WNS Values and Policy, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators.
