To be qualified for the assignment, the candidate should have the following elements:

• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related Disciplines
• Holder of EMBA or MBA will be preferred
• Over 25 years of experience in related to Manufacturing Operations and Quality with no less than 10 years in very Senior Management level in a sizable manufacturing company
• Candidates with working experience in Electronic Manufacturing Industries especially in large enterprises, world class EMS companies or Hong Kong listed companies will have extra credit
• Have proven track records in performing good leadership and management in Business, Manufacturing Operations and Quality Management
• Candidates with solid experience in applying and managing modern Automation Engineering and Manufacturing Operations will be helpful
• Have the ability to develop effective manufacturing management together with internal teams and suppliers
• Equip with very strong determination and persistence to meet the business objectives of the company
• Possess good leadership, management, people, communication, analytical and problem solving skills
• Good understanding of the business and people cultures of PRC
• Willing to station in Southern China and do some travelling to overseas if the job requires
