The Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance team is looking for a talented individual to build the vision and drive the technology for key components of the upcoming Microsoft consumer subscription, including prevention and protection. Qualifications

Key Competencies:

• Great people management and coaching for a team of Program Managers
• Experience and understanding of the cybersecurity industry and technology
• Experience in building and shipping consumer software or cloud services products 
• Collaborative strength in working across multiple teams and products
• Demonstrated experience leading Product Management teams for SaaS-based products
• Demonstrated ability to discover opportunities, and then define and deliver products
• Track record of defining and driving great user experiences in consumer software products
• Ability to say “no” with grace as well as great prioritization skills
• Great written and verbal communication skills, ability to simplify and articulate complex ideas 
• A desire to learn, grow, and drive change

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product management in dynamic, high-reaching environments.

Ideally:

• 7+ years of experience shipping software or hardware and 2+ years of proven team leadership. 
• A proven track record of individual excellence and a demonstrated commitment to making others great. You are intimately familiar with modern software development practices used to build and deploy security solutions. 
• Excellent customer and stakeholder empathy. Not only you will be the voice of the customer, but also at various times the voice of marketing, finance, engineering, support and ops. You have to be able to channel many points of view and an ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
