• Lead a small team for the development & localization of products for Rexroth’s MGE portfolio
• Define and implement Rexroth’s MGE China strategy and activities together with lead development & business owner
• Coordination and communication with other departments like purchasing, sales, logistics and product management
• Responsible for hiring, competence development & capacity planning of the team

• University degree (master) in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering
• Minimum of 5 years working experience
• Profound knowledge in mechanical engineering
• Basic knowledge in adjacent functions like purchasing, logistics and manufacturing
• Team leader experience appreciated
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Highly motivated, pro-active, creative and independent working capability
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
