Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documents, such as vendor commercial agreements for non-media, etc.;
• Legal researches, legal inquiry to authorities and drafting legal memos;
• Assisting in the legal training, designing and implementing of standard procedure of Company;
• Translating Legal documents, such as commercial agreements, statements and board resolutions, etc.;
• Assisting in the dispute resolution cases with external counsels;
• Assisting in corporate governance projects, such as liquidation, amendment to AoA etc.;
• Other legal and administrative tasks assigned by Legal Counsel and/or requested by other commercial stakeholders.

Qualification Requirements:

Educational Background:

• Law degree from recognised law school in P.R.C.;
• Overseas educational background preferred;
• PRC Bar is a must

Relevant Experience and skills:

• 3+PQE In-house legal counselling in multinational corporations or in-house & private practice counselling on general commercial laws, such as contract, employment, IP and dispute resolution etc.;
• Good command of P.R.C laws in the areas of contract, employment, cybersecurity and IP etc. and strong legal research skills in Chinese and English;
• Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint;
• Working in a proactive way and with attention to details;
• Have proven interpersonal communication skills;
• Mature, sophisticated, easy to communicate with and solution-oriented;
• Ability to prioritise, multi-tasking and be able to work with fast pace;
