Alongside our corporate partner, BCG Digital Ventures is launching a stealth Fin-Tech startup focused on providing underbanked consumers access to innovative financial services. Financially backed by one of the largest alternative financial services providers in the Americas, this startup is well positioned to disrupt the $175 Billion US financial services industry for the underserved. The company is currently in pre-launch and is expected to enter the market at the end of 2019.

We are looking for an exceptional growth leader to create and execute on development of marketing strategies through the first phase of the company and beyond.

In this role you will:

• Be a thought leader supporting underserved customers in financial services such as banking and lending
• Work closely with the executive team, be responsible for growth strategy, execution, and optimization for online and offline marketing campaigns
• Drive a multi-channel growth strategy based on product needs: SEO/ASO, SEM, DSPs, social paid and community/influencer development, word of mouth, email marketing, push notifications, traditional, mobile native and web, programmatic display, etc.
• Be comfortable working across the whole funnel (AAARRR)
• Convert insights into action - see customer acquisition process through from ideation to execution
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders, upstream with executives and marketing leaders and downstream with agencies and end users
• Develop offline, including retail, and online campaigns and promotions
• Define, execute, analyze, and optimize A/B and multi-variant tests
• Work with product and design to provide expert perspective on market viability, viral hooks, and scale
• Leverage personal network and knowledge of tools to drive competitive advantage  
• Define and validate core KPIs, such as cost per metrics, retention, ROI and LTV to drive the business
• Contribute to vetting and building out our marketing tech stack partnerships
• Be data driven and an expert across analytical tools (GA, Mixpanel, Google Tag Manager etc.)
• Be agile and iterative in your approach, and relentless in your search for the next unexploited marketing opportunity

You should have:

• Experience marketing in financial services including lending and banking
• 5-10+ years of professional experience in online and offline marketing
• Hands on experience with paid media tools
• Experience with analytics tools
• A proven track record of personal success and ambitious undertakings
• A passion for building, bringing to market, and scaling products and services
• Entrepreneurial spirit to help us shape our growth initiatives and company
• Ability to think strategically and creatively: analyze, synthesize, recommend and take actions
• Previous marketing or user acquisition and growth experience proliferating consumer facing digital products and services
• Expert communication, presentation, and material preparation skills required
• A passion for growth marketing and driving customer adoption
• Previous experience at a professional consulting company highly desired
