Currently, we are looking for a driven Growth Marketing and Content Strategy Manager to join our Hong Kong office. We’re looking for someone who thinks out of the box, who can design innovative content programs that tell great stories, bring products to life and get measurable results. 

You will lead the planning, research, develop and optimizing content to engage customers, drive brand awareness through storytelling, grow our community, set up and analyse social media campaigns, update website.  

  • Create brands and stories: 

  • Leverage insights from product and marketing analytics to plan, create and edit multi-format content that drives growth and engagement 

  • Identify personas for our categories, end-consumers (parents and kids) and retailers 

  • Create marketing materials, product photos, illustrations and videos 

 

  • Develop content strategy:
  • Drive brand awareness on digital channels
  • Grow community
  • Drive and analyze campaigns
  • Manage editorial calendar and web content pipeline 
  • Manage influencer and freelance relationship 
 
  • Identify and implement content-driven opportunities to boost SEO performance 

  • Oversee the strategy, production and discoverability of video content on Youtube and other emerging channels 

  • Proactive monitoring media, cultural and competitor trends in order to be able to recommend forward-thinking ideas to push our products and brand forward 

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE BRINING 

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent 

  • Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset and tech savviness 

  • 5+ years in marketing (in-house or agency), with proven experience in content strategy development, as well as organic and paid content distribution across channels such as search, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram etc.  

  • Understanding of UX and customer journey 

  • Experience producing content for desktop and mobile web, including an understanding of information architecture and web content best practices 

  • Up-to-date knowledge of SEO best practices and growth strategies 

  • Experience creating content; short to long text articles, photos/illustrations etc. 

  • Expert in photo and video editing software, such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro X etc.
     

  • Excellent understanding of the US retail industry 

  • Native/Bilingual level in English 

  • You will be working in close partnership with the Product development, Sales and Operations teams 

  • You will be reporting directly to the COO
