Teaching Qualifications:
 Native English speaker from Canada, USA, UK and Australia etc.  Master degree or above, Professional teacher certificate is necessary, Good command of
communication skill; Passion for teaching and experiencing different cultures; Good health and
friendly personality
 More than 2 years teaching experiences
 Member of Ontario College of Teachers (OCT) and be in good standing
 Knowledgeable of the Ontario Curriculum as reflected in “Growing Success”  Professional in all aspects, and, adhere to the code of conducts for teachers as highlighted by OCT
 A team player, flexible in all aspects of teaching and be willing to contribute to a positive learning
environment for HBIC students
Salary and Benefits:
 Annual Gross Salary: 270,000 – 420,000 RMB depending on experience
 Housing Allowance/ Accommodation: RMB 5,000 per month (If the teacher rents an apartment by
himself/herself) or a furnished apartment with furniture and appliances
 Airfare Allowance: To reimburse 2000 CAD dollars per school year for the teacher upon
completion of the contract.  Work Visa and Residence Permit: The school will arrange work visa and residence permit for the
teacher;
 Medical insurance: High-end Commercial Medical Insurance;
 Teaching Bonus: RMB 2,000-7,000 based on teaching evaluation results at the end of school year.  Relocation Allowance: RMB 10000/school year

Teacher’s Workload
 Workload is no more than 30 periods, including 15 period of 35 minutes and 15 period of 40
minutes
 Each Working day, the office hour of Teacher at school should be at least 6 hours, excluding the
12-2pm lunchtime, weekly working hours expectations as mandated by direct supervisor
