Sofitel Brisbane Central is currently seeking a Guest Experience Agent (Part-time) to join our Reservations HUB.
Your team and working environment:
The Sofitel Brisbane Central is centrally located within the heart of Brisbane City. The hotel’s 416 elegantly appointed rooms and suites are complemented by the finest personal luxuries to make this one of Brisbane’s best accommodation experiences. The hotel features a number of exquisite and extravagant food & beverage outlets, two fitness centres, a Day Spa and fully flexible event spaces for up to 1100 delegates.

What you will be doing:
- Respond and prioritise all reservation enquiries (via phone and email) providing a high level of personalised service
- Provide exceptional service and product knowledge to ensure conversion of reservations enquiries and maximise upsells
- Accurately and efficiently receive and process guest reservations whilst observing and adhering to the policies and procedures
- Monitor quality of reservations, statistical information provided and inter-departmental communications to ensure the effectiveness of the department
- Work closely with all hotel departments to ensure guest requests are completed within the allocated timeframes
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous Call Centre, Reservations or Reception experience
- Excellent communication skills, in particular must have excellent telephone manner
- An enthusiastic approach to all work matters
- Excellent attention to detail and superior customer service skills
- Opera, HotSOS or PABX systems experience is desired
- Available to work on a seven-day rotating roster
