Guest Experience Agent

You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience! Be the first point of contact for the hotel’s telephone enquiries and ensure an exceptional level of luxury service for our guests. Create the Magnifique Moments that last!

Your team and working environment:

What you will be doing:

  • Positively respond to all calls (both internal and external) and assist with guest enquiries, directing to the appropriate department
  • Assist with reservation enquiries via phone and email
  • Provide a high level of personalised service to clients and guests
  • Develop and maintain a strong hotel product knowledge
  • Operate switchboard effectively, handling all calls promptly and professionally
  • Perform a variety of administrative duties
  • Work closely with all hotel departments to ensure guest requests are completed efficiently

Your experience and skills include:

  • Previous Call Centre, Reservations or Reception experience
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner
  • An enthusiastic approach and positive guest-centric attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Opera, HotSOS or PABX systems experience is desired
  • Available to work on a seven-day rotating roster
