What you will be doing:

• To ensure that all specified tasks are cleaned and presented within the allocated time frame, to the standard required by the Housekeeping Manager
• To be courteous and discreet with guest request
• To handle guest queries in accordance with company standards
• To be responsible for Back Corridor, Back Store and Main Housekeeping store rom
• To ensure that damage to linen and equipment are reported through the correct channels
• To be responsible for the efficient control of Fairmont Fit Kit items, housekeeping staff uniforms stocks and assisting with linen control
• To ensure the guests come first
• Other duties as specified by the Housekeeping Manager/Laundry Manager

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous Laundry experience is an asset
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to focus on guest needs

Your team and working environment:

• Working a fast paced team environment
• Shifts will be during the day and weekend
• Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
