Job Description:

• Passionate greets and escorts guests on arrival, their family and friends, visitors and / or doctors. Gives direction and assistance.
• Understands needs and provides information or personalised solutions, working with Guest Relations team and other departments.
• Support for other services such as lifts coordination, arrange the transportation.
• Keep up to date on all hospital services as well as patients and guests, get to know them by name and provide a memorable experience
• Project a professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 graduate with pass or above in English syllabus B in HKCEE / DSE or equivalent or Certificate of hospitality related discipline
• strong service-orientated attitude & mindset, positive outlook and outgoing personality
• From hospitality and airline background are welcome to apply
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Fresh graduates who are excited to develop in hospitality industry are welcome
