- Conduct room escorting and room orientations
陪同客人进入房间并进行介绍
- Efficiently perform all reception duties (accurate completion of forms, securing of payment)
保证日常前台接待工作能够高效运转实施(表格单据要填写规范,付款方式要有保障)
- Is knowledgeable on all hotel information, city information and event activities
需要了解一切酒店信息、城市信息和重要活动事件的信息
- Maintain updated and accurate guest profiles
实时更新客历档案以确保其准确性
- Proactively seek guest comments and feedback
积极主动地寻求客人的建议和反馈
- Responsible for the overall management and coordination of Hhonors
负责管理和协调希尔顿会员计划的一切工作
- Responsible for room inventory management
负责管理房间出租情况
- Take ownership of complaints ensuring final resolution and guest satisfaction
设身处地的为客人投诉的圆满解决和顾客满意度负责
- At least 3 years working experience in a similar role (5 star hotel)三年或以上相关工作经验(五星级酒店)
- Computer skills- Fidelio Version 6电脑操作技巧—— Fidelio Version 6
- Solid communication skills过硬的沟通能力
- Competent English language skills and proficient in Mandarin Chinese英语熟练,普通话流利
- Additional language skills- desirable其他语种技能——优先考虑
