Position: Guest Relations Officer

About the employer:
A 5* hotel with a well-established hotel management brand in China.

Main Job Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities for this position are to communicate with the guests, collecting their feedback, handle their inquiries or complaints, and help them have a great and enjoyable dinning experience so the guests will keep coming back to consume at this restaurant.

Salary RMB8000-10000 per month plus provided accommodation and staff meals.

Job Requirements:
1. easygoing and proactive personality;
2. enjoy talking to people, and have a great communication skills;
3. fluent English and conversational Chinese;
4. having some wine knowledge and good sales skills will be a great plus.
