Job Description
We are now inviting highly motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team:
Job Descriptions
- Ensure guests in Executive Lounge are greeted, attended to and assisted with a level of professional services
- Provide friendly and personalized services to guests, and in particular, special requests of VIPs and return guests
- Actively promote the services, facilities and standards of the Hotel at every opportunity, and uphold its image at all times
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years working experiences in Executive Floor or Front Desk Operations is preferred
- Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or relevant disciplines
- Excellent command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Service oriented, detail-minded with pleasant personality
- We offer competitive remuneration package including 6 days off per month, Public Holiday, Annual Leave, Discretionary Bonus, Duty Meal, Dental & Medical Coverage.
*Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Junior Guest Relations Officer.
