Guest Relations Officer - Concierge

Job Description
  • Review in-house, arriving and departing Paiza guests on a daily basis. Attend daily briefing for update information and to share information as well
  • Be fully conversant with property’s software such as Opera, LBS, POS, Turbojet ticketing system, Cotaijet ticketing system, House of Dancing water ticket system, Timelox, FCS, Guest Profile Share point, Concierge Services Share point
  • Handles any request eg. Concierge services, Limo booking, Restaurant booking, Hotel and local information, Visa and tour arrangement. Follow up to ensure completion
  • Collecting and updating guest personal information, preferences, practices, and hobbies to ensure Paiza has as detailed and accurate a guest history and guest recognition program as possible
  • Be fully conversant with Paiza Core Standards as well as Venetian Product knowledge
  • Partially escort guests from the concierge counter to where the guest intends to go giving clear directions with providing with hotel or local map
  • Complete necessary financial postings, adjustments and other financing issues. Conduct daily report audit and make sure no exception occurred

Position Requirements
  • Minimum High School graduate; Diploma Degree preferred
  • Equivalent vocational school certificate
  • 1 – 2 years’ of experience in related area
  • Computer Skill
  • Exceptional guest relation skills and be passionate about looking after people
  • Maintain the confidentiality of hotel data
  • Communication skill
  • Be willing to work any day and any shift
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Excellent or good in basic Excel / Microsoft
  • Hotel IT software
  • POS system
  • Work inside and continuously maneuver in and around all areas of the offices
  • Exceptional professional presentation and grooming
