Provide superior service to our guests (internal and external) at all times

Handle arriving and departing guest luggage and assist guests at taxi queue or any related issues when required

Be familiar with hotel features, service and operations and answer guests queries accurately

Ensure the smooth operation of the working areas, lobby counters, conveyor belts, luggage storage room, dispatch office, taxi stands at both lobbies and traffic control including bus shuttles

High School Graduate

Good communication skill in Mandarin, Cantonese and English

Be willing to work any day and night shifts

Have a well-groomed appearance

Ability to lift 30 kg and use a step ladder

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word and Outlook
