• Greet arriving guests, settle their accounts, and offer assistance throughout the duration of their stay.
• Handles VIP Guests and provides in-room check in to guests who avails of the hotel transportation.
• Provides a warm welcome and assists guests according to the Hotel Brand Standards

• College Graduate
• Proficient in the English language (verbal & written) and Japanese language
• Service oriented with an eye for details
