Pullman Brisbane Airport features 132 modern luxurious guest rooms, fine dining restaurant, pool, gymnasium and executive lounge. The hotel adjoins the Brisbane Airport Conference Centre and ibis Brisbane Airport Hotel.
We currently have the opportunity for a customer service orientated professional to manage our Executive Club lounge and assist the Sales & Marketing team. Our next Guest Relations & Services Executive will have extensive relevant work experience in guest management and guest relations.
Key Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
- Builds, develops and maintains corporate relationships with VIP, Platinum and regular guests. Knows and greats all guests by name but especially our VIP, Platinum and Diamond members.
- Maintain a current list of in house and arriving guests who have executive lounge access and flag all VIP guests.
- Provide quality service to guests by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during dining experience, check-in, and check-out and throughout their stay.
- Delivers an experience that seems so effortless, yet is available to our guests around the clock and read to go the distance, whether the guest knows it or not.
- Ensure procedures are followed in regards to guest transportation, luggage collection and storage, and guest confidentiality.
- Responsible for Guest Feedback procedure across 3 hotels this includes Voice of Guests and Opera.
- Ensure smooth operation of executive lounge during all service periods and maintain all appropriate service standards within the lounge across front office and food and beverage.

- Organizational and planning skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Have Responsible Service of Alcohol certification (mandatory).
- Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
- Flexible to work variable shifts including early starts, weekends and public holidays.
