Job Description
  • Greets all guests at all times in a friendly and helpful manner and attempts to learn and use guest's name at every opportunity
  • Assumes the responsibility to notice when the guest is not satisfied and uses their best judgment as to when it is appropriate to use the 100% Guest Satisfaction Guarantee
  • Provides guests with assistance at the front desk during the check-in and check-out processes and throughout  their stay
  • Responds to customer inquiries for information
  • Offers guests updated rooms and promotes hotel amenities, food and beverage outlets and services
  • Makes reservations in accordance with hotel’s yield management practices
  • To ensure that the guests depart the hotel on the time frame and with a positive impression of hotel service
  • Maintains exemplary deportment standards of behavior and appearance and attitude

 



Work Experience
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • General office communication and customer service skills
  • Experience and understanding of the front office and/or guest service areas
  • Fluent in and English and other languages
  • Professional and well organized 
  • Ability to work within and promote an innovative and multi-tasked environment
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal as well as excellent problem solving abilities
