- Greets all guests at all times in a friendly and helpful manner and attempts to learn and use guest's name at every opportunity
- Assumes the responsibility to notice when the guest is not satisfied and uses their best judgment as to when it is appropriate to use the 100% Guest Satisfaction Guarantee
- Provides guests with assistance at the front desk during the check-in and check-out processes and throughout their stay
- Responds to customer inquiries for information
- Offers guests updated rooms and promotes hotel amenities, food and beverage outlets and services
- Makes reservations in accordance with hotel’s yield management practices
- To ensure that the guests depart the hotel on the time frame and with a positive impression of hotel service
- Maintains exemplary deportment standards of behavior and appearance and attitude
Work Experience
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- General office communication and customer service skills
- Experience and understanding of the front office and/or guest service areas
- Fluent in and English and other languages
- Professional and well organized
- Ability to work within and promote an innovative and multi-tasked environment
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal as well as excellent problem solving abilities
