What will you do

• Create genuine connections with guests by listening, demonstrating care and empathy.
• Provide efficient service to guests through guest registration and departure; maintaining accurate guest accounts and provide accurate, helpful information. 
• Answer all incoming calls via the switchboard in a professional and polite manner, constantly striving to provide Total Customer Satisfaction. 
• Assist, as required to screen calls for reservations
• Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety
• Work with colleagues in a caring and collaborative manner

 

What you need to be successful

• Experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment preferable
• Highly organised and able to manage priorities
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Versatility in responding to guest requests and situations
• Ability to remain calm and effective in high volume work situations
