Ibis Budget Auckland Central is just off Queen Street in the heart of Auckland city, a short walk from major Auckland attractions. ibis Budget features 141 comfortable rooms featuring balconies and kitchenette facilities.

This role is very hands-on and involves all aspects of Front Desk operations & ensuring the safety of the hotel. Your key responsibilities will include arrivals, auditing the day’s transactions, attending to reservation enquiries, safety and security for hotel guests and dealing with any guest concerns that may arise. In addition to this, you will also be required to assist housekeeping and maintenance issues as needed.

Sound like you?  

You will join us with experience in face to face customer service and the drive to develop and succeed. You have excellent telephone skills, immaculate personal grooming and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Experience with Opera PMS system would be an advantages but not essential, however flexibility to work weekends and evenings along with the eligibility to work in NZ for 12 months or more is a must.
