The Role
We are looking for a Guest Service Agent who is dedicated to providing a memorable experience and create that human connection with our guests, at every stage of their stay. This is a split role where you will spend your week between the Front Office and Reservations departments.
In this role you will:
- Welcoming guests to the hotel whilst providing prompt, courteous and efficient check in and check out throughout their stay
- Assisting guests with requests and memorable experiences by sharing your hotel and local knowledge
- Managing guest room booking enquiries, matching guest needs with hotel room types and rates.
What we are looking for

- A true desire to work with people and create human connections
- An ability to ask the right questions and listen intently to gather enough information to solve problems, resolve complaints and create those Heartist Moments.
- A professional appearance and demeanour that will represent our brand well
- Have a curious mindset to be able to spot tiny frustrations, seemingly insignificant needs, and the times that service could be even better for our guests.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
