Perform the duties as a licensed Driver, thorough knowledge of local area and roads

Adhere to all Company policies and directives in relation to safe driving practices, meeting the required levels of guest service at all times. Understand the operation, policies and procedures of Limousine Services, including fire life safety and emergency related procedures

Inspect the vehicle for cleanliness, inside and out; immediately rectify any deficiencies thus maintaining its readiness to receive guests at all times.Regularly inspect vehicle for maintenance, including but not limited to wear to tyres, low tyre pressure, unusual vehicle engine noise, low water, oil or break fluid

Report all items requiring maintenance immediately

Anticipate guests needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests with an appropriate salutation and a smile, however busy and whatever time of day. Maintain positive guest relations and ensure Guests have a safe and pleasant journey

Load / unload passengers’ luggage into/ out of the vehicle. Take extreme care of the property of Guest and the Company

Resolve Guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction. Never argue with Guests or let other Team Members argue with Guests

Be familiar with all hotel and Cotai Strip services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately

Meet and greet designated guests at the scheduled time and place, communicate any delays, problems and guest needs with the Limousine Dispatch by radio or mobile phone, using proper codes, Ensure Limousine Dispatch is advised of any and all guest comments (positive and negative)

Complete the mileage records and logbooks accurately for every trip

Respect traffic / road instructions and regulations including speed limits both inside and outside the properties

Ensure company and department policies and procedures are adhered to at all times

Assist to control the traffic situation when standby in company area or station at the limo counter and complete other assignments as directed

High School graduate or equivalent experience required

Possess a valid Macau driving license for private vehicles

Possess a Cross Border (Macau and China) driving license if applicable

Possess a clean driving record

Two years or more local driving experience

Hotel transportation experience preferred

Thorough knowledge of local area and roads

Fluency in Chinese (Verbal and written), English (verbal) will be an advantage

Ensure all Company policies, procedures and guidelines are adhered to at all times

Have a well groomed, professional appearance at all times

Assist to control the traffic situation when standby in company area or station at the limo counter
