This role will deliver reception and reservationist services across both properties. Your mission will be to deliver exceptional and thoughtful service to our residence and guests alike. You will need to be obsessed with delivering a superior guest and resident experience. This role is an opportunity to gain strata experience which is a growing branch of Accor in additional to traditional hotel front office experience.



Work Experience
  • We are looking for someone who is energetic, enthusiastic and exudes a friendly persona
  • Your need to bring a megawatt-smile that lights up the foyer
  • You need to have experience working in a customer facing role
  • High level of proficiency in English both written and oral
  • Excellent phone manner and confident communicator
  • Would suit a organised and detail oriented person who can self-manage
  • Good level of computer literacy
  • Able to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
  •  Must be available to work weekends and evenings
  • Must already hold the right to work in New Zealand, sponsorship will not be available if not currently located in New Zealand/ Australia
