Job Description
Job Purpose: Book Spa, Fitness Centre and Salon appointments, promote Spa retail products, check guests in and out using the computer system, explain Spa treatments and services and refer guests to the Salon if requested.
Key Responsibilities
Competencies and Requirements
Experience: Customer service experience in a five-star hotel preferred
Education: Secondary school diploma or equivalent
Language Ability: Good Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Computer Skills: Basic
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phones, book appointments, take and relay messages
- Manage and operate the Spa reception front desk
- Handle all guest check-ins and check-outs in a clear, organised and courteous manner
- Conduct Spa orientation and tours to explain the services and equipment
- Promote Spa retail products and perform cashier duties
- Clean and tidy the Spa areas, including lobby, reception and shop
- Distribute appointments equally among therapists
- Handle cash, balance daily takings, perform banking duties
- Report problems and complaints to the Supervisor
- Monitor stock levels of retail products and amenities and arrange refills when necessary
- Know and understand all the resort’s facilities and services
- Complete a daily checklist of duties and report progress to the Supervisor
- Assist and perform duties assigned by the Supervisor
