  • Helps the Front Office Manager organise and manage the team, perform administrative tasks and coordinate with the other departments
  • To assist Management in increasing the Hotel’s profitability.
  • To assist guests and ensure their stays at Pullman Pattaya G are comfortable and an experience to remember.
  • Having a positive attitude towards work, be self-disciplined and self-motivated, set a good working example for all sub-ordinates.
  • Responsible for the daily organization of the section.
  • Contribute to overall operational efficiency by performing relevant duties as assigned.
  • Monitor guest service personnel constantly, ensuring that at all times maximum guest satisfaction is being achieved through guest recognition and prompt cordial attention.
  • Establish good public relationship with all guests. Provide guests with the most accurate and up to date information at all times.


Work Experience
  • Vocational diploma or degree in hospitality or F&B studies, at a hospitality studies management school or anyone with a significant experience in another customer service or reception position
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, Team Leader or Assistant Front Office Manager
  • Computer literate (Windows environment), PMS, Hotix, Tars and an aptitude for new technologies
  • Languages: fluent in the national language, Business English and a third language would be a plus
