The Job

• Client: A Multinational Business Consultancy
• Position: Guest Service Executive / Ambassador
• Responsibilities:
• Act as an Ambassador/Receptionist on guest greeting to leave great company image to guests
• Perform administrative functions, conference room and Company car booking, guests greeting and telephone calls handing etc. and
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor.
• $25K+, 5-day work week, medical, annual bonus

Requirement

• Seconday educated or above;
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in multi-national companies;
• Experience in modeling is an advantage
• Experience on guest greeting at large-scale PR event/exhibition and/or business conference is a plus
• Excellent spoken English and Putonghua is a must;
• Capable in handling multi-tasks among reception and administration duties;
