JobDescription 岗位描述

You will be responsible for the efficientrunning of the department in line with Jumeirah Himalayas Hotel Shanghai'sstrategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and ownerexpectations. The Front Office Manager is responsible to assist the Director ofRooms in delivering the brand promise by managing the Front Office operationsfor the hotel, including, but not limited to, the Front Desk, Front Service (including parking and the hotel entrance), Communications Centre, Business Centre and Regency or Grand Club.

?Qualification 资质要求

  • Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourismmanagement.
  • Minimum 3 years work experience as Assistant Director of Rooms or FrontOffice Manager.
  • Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
