Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the VIP theatre so as to deliver first class services to all customers, and ensure the smooth running of entrance area and the concession counter
• Handle all customer enquiries and ensure service excellence
• Provide beverage and light refreshment service to customers
• Guide and escort customers to the seating area if necessary

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above
• Minimum 1 year experience, preferably in hospitality/ clubhouse/ lounge operations
• Passionate, responsible, proactive, service-oriented and attentive to detail
• Strong communication skill
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Willing to take shift duties
• Work Location: Tsim Sha Tsui
• Immediate available is preferred
