About our Hotel

Novotel Melbourne South Wharf features golden 26 level tower with 347 accommodation rooms & suites, Mr. Carpano Dining and Bar and Allora Café. Your role and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Taking internal and external calls in a professional and timely manner 
• Responding to reservations enquiries and ensuring they are accurately actioned 
• Addressing guest queries and handling complaints in a proactive and positive manner
• Promoting and up-selling hotel facilities through strong product knowledge
• Maintaining procedures in relation to credit and cash transactions and accounting documentation

Skills and Experience

• Excellent communication skills with an outgoing and friendly phone manner
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and fast and accurate data entry
• Strong customer service orientation and being guest obsessed
• Knowledge of Opera (PMS)
