加拿大大西洋四省的国际管理酒店公司代招聘岗位

工作职责:

1、根据酒店的时间安排需求保持定期出勤;工作期间着正确的商务服装和佩戴名牌。

2、遵守标准与规章制度,维护安全高效的酒店运营。

3、根据客人询问向其指示酒店设施位置,会议室或举办的相关活动; 指引客人酒店内的日常设施。

4、通知客人收到其传真,邮件,消息和包裹; 协助客人发送传真,邮件,信息和包裹; 记录所有客人请求并确认完成。

5、保留有关酒店设施和服务,当地餐馆和景点的最新信息和材料; 维护当前与酒店和城市举办的会议和特别活动相关的介绍资料;熟知酒店相关的信息;了解应急措施;了解VIP程序 。

6、维护和营销特邀嘉宾计划; 接收并传递信息; 执行呼叫计次。


任职要求:

1、 有1年及以上的客服经验,高中及以上学历, 雅思达4分及以上,具备基本的计算机技能,持有有效的驾驶执照。

2、具备对城市及其景点的全面了解; 能够根据酒店的业务需求制定不同的计划。

3、具有酒店或相关领域的经验者、前台服务或礼宾服务等从业经验者优先考虑。

4、懂得使用计算机系统、办公设备、酒店软件、电话、信用卡/借记卡审批机、双向无线电、寻呼机系统。


QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

1.Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.

2.High School diploma required.

3.College degree preferred.

TOOLS & EQUIPMENT:

Computer systems, office equipment, hotel software, telephone, credit/debit approval machine, 2-way radios, pager systems, switchboard.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Long hours sometimes required.

Light work – Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.

MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

1.Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.

2.Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.

3.Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.

4.Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary.

5.Must have the ability to assimilate complex information, data, etc. from multiple sources and consider, adjust, or modify to meet the constraints of the particular need.

6.Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying the concerns and issues raised by co-workers and guests.

7.Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data, and basic arithmetic functions.


DUTIES & FUNCTIONS
ESSENTIAL:

1.Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service oriented manner.

2.Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Brand standards, as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the hotel.

3.Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper business attire and nametag when working.

4.Comply at all times with Brand standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.

5.Check guests into or out of the hotel.

6.Confirm credit and payment method at check in.

7.Confirm full payment at check out.

8.Log all requests and confirm completion.

9.Direct guests to daily functions within the hotel.

10.Prepare express checkouts to be mailed daily (day shift).

11.Review PMS inventory and house count for availability and rates.

12.Book reservations for day of arrival or future stays.

13.Balance and prepare individual paperwork for closing shift.

14.Balance bank daily.

15.Maintain and market special guest programs.

16.Handle incoming/outgoing calls.

17.Take and deliver messages.

18.Be familiar with guest privacy.

19.Operate switchboard and 2-way radio.

20.Provide information about hotel.

30.Know emergency procedures.

31.Perform call accounting.

32.Know VIP procedures.

MARGINAL:

1.Run copies and charge guests as needed.

2.Send faxes and charge as needed.

3.Run daily arrival report and mark registration cards for special requests.

4.Review changes in Policy and Procedure.

5.Distribute faxes, packages, and mail to guest services for delivery, or inform guest of receipt.

6.Stock and clean work space for next shift.

7.Distribute billing reports to hotel outlets.

8.Prepare key check inventory.

9.Block bus tours and notify Housekeeping.

10.Load PMS, switchboard, PC, FOLIO, fax machine and pay television printers as necessary.

11.File switchboard reports.

12.Other duties as required.
