Guest Services Agent

The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for guaranteeing the highest levels of guest satisfaction and ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

• Hourly Rate Range: $24.00-$25.00 USD Gross per hour

What you will be doing:

Reporting to the Guest Service Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:         

• Oversee and resolve all guest communication in a professional and courteous manner
• Respond to all guests in a timely manner, ensure follow-up with attention to detail
• Attend to the needs of guests and help them organize their accommodations while staying at the hotel
• Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism
   

Your experience and skills include:

• Excellent communication and organization skills required
• Strong guest service background
• A professional presentation
• Previous customer service experience required
