Job Description
Job Purpose: Handling the Salon appointments, promote the Hair retail products. Introduce the treatments and services, and refer guests to the Spa if requested.

Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations
  • Answer phones, book appointments, take and relay messages
  • Manage and operate the Hair salon reception front desk
  • Handle all guest services including check-in and check-out in a clear, organised and courteous manner
  • Conduct Spa tours to explain the services and spa philosophy
  • Promote Spa and Hair retail products and perform cashier duties
  • Clean and tidy the Hair salon areas, including promenade, reception and retail boutique
  • Distribute appointments equally among Hair salon Team
  • Handle cash, balance daily takings, perform banking duties
  • Report problems and complaints to the Hair Salon Manager
  • Monitor stock levels of retail products and amenities and arrange refills when necessary
  • Know and understand all the resort’s facilities and services
  • Complete a daily checklist of duties and report progress to the Salon manager
  • Assist and perform duties assigned by the Salon manager

Competencies and Requirements
Experience: Customer service experience in a five-star hotel preferred
Education: Secondary school diploma or equivalent
Language Ability: Good Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Computer Skills: Basic
