Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To assist the Guest Services Manager / Guest Services Team Leader in ensuring maximum guest satisfaction to Executive Floor guests
- To be familiar with the hotel’s services and facilities and have accurate city information
- To manage the Business Centre and Executive Lounge
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year's relevant experience in guest services or front desk
- Excellent interpersonal skill and customer-oriented
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
