Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To assist the Guest Services Manager / Guest Services Team Leader in ensuring maximum guest satisfaction to Executive Floor guests
  • To be familiar with the hotel’s services and facilities and have accurate city information
  • To manage the Business Centre and Executive Lounge

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year's relevant experience in guest services or front desk
  • Excellent interpersonal skill and customer-oriented
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
