Guest Services Supervisor
Are you passionate about providing a superior level of personalised service by ensuring every need, request and desire of our guests is fulfilled? If so we have the job for you! As a Guest Services Supervisor you will perform all practical porter skills effectively where necessary.

What you will be doing:

  • Be able to perform a variety of guest requests and think creatively when called upon in order to establish a memorable experience for every guest and member
  • Maintain good relationships with all important contacts both inside and outside of the resort
  • Ability to answer general inquiries on the resort and other entertainment services
  • Offer to handle special arrangements during guest stay and also coordinate future visits
  • Maintain consistent and effective flow of communication between shifts among managers and colleagues
  • Actively participate in daily briefings and meetings
  • Assist the Guest Services Manager on a daily basis

Your experience and skills include:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Highly responsible & reliable
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times 
  • Positive attitude and supportive, team-based approach towards the attainment of the hotel's short and long term goals
  • Experience in a similar role

  • Work well under pressure in a busy work environment
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK
