Sitting in the European Regional Activity Management Team, the Gum Menucard Activity Manager enables the rapid reapplication of packs from our standard product portfolio (“menucard”) to ~70 markets around the world, delivering a highly efficient and agile response to growth opportunities. This is a pivotal role in driving scale, efficiency and agility, managing a significant network of market stakeholders in multiple countries around the world and multiple functions within the European supply network.

The role also exists to serve our Supply business, with a fast and efficient response to the need to execute emergency sourcing, legal changes, supplier tenders etc. The role provides opportunities to expand business acumen and perspective, with a focus on planning and stakeholder management.
 

What are we looking for?

• Relevant experience in logistics, supply, project/workflow management
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English, with comfortability liaising daily with a wide range of international stakeholders
• Microsoft software proficiency, Excel specifically
• Clear and demonstrated behaviours in action orientation, drive for results, planning and priority setting
   

What would be your key responsibilities?

• Defining the scope and owning the Right First Time (RFT) submission of Menucard requests, including relevant data points (item codes, design) on behalf of markets and supply
• Ensuring projects proceed in compliance with agreed business processes, governance and thresholds
• Monitoring and reporting different types of activity and performance against a number of KPI’s; recommending and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• Compiling stage gate pre-reads for Regional Value Leadership meetings
• Actively contributing to workflow and systems developments, linked to new item creations and all and Activity Management ways of working
