Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- Listed company
- Manufacturer of industrial polyester fibers for global market
- We are looking for HALF DAY EXECUTIVE ASST – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Handle phone calls, co-ordinate meetings and conference calls
- Assist with expenses and medical claims, petty cash
- Responsible for travel document applications and travel arrangements including ticketing and hotel accommodation, visa applications when needed.
- Follow up and deliver regular reports on weekly performance, AR ageing, overdue, etc.
- Follow up on any overdue payment when needed.
- Assist in AR factoring paper work- Letter of assignment, sending Invoices to Bank for factoring, keeping track of receipt of payment form customers, follow up with Bank, etc.
- Assist with office admin tasks
- Degree holder in Business Administration preferred, ideally with 3-year finance & accounting knowledge
- Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in serving senior management and expats
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
- Ability of managing multi-tasks and be adaptive to fast-paced and multinational environment
- Strong work ethic, detail-oriented, organized, responsible, with pleasant character
- Work Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 2:00pm-6:00pm ; 5 days work
