FOR PO projects:

Provide R&D documentation for approval and implementation of changes by Technical Committees.

Performs the following tasks, in order to reach the target of the 2 points above:

Receives and processes all Product Change Notification from the suppliers of components and assembled circuits.

Continuously update the technical documents (AML, diagrams, validation plans, PPAP records of production lines).

Prepares the validation plans and coordinates the tests implementation (by suppliers, by internal services).

Analyses reports and manages QRQC if required.

Ensures Quality compliance of industrialization plans with suppliers for technical and qualification. Applies Standardization rules, exceptionally something is not standardized will request sound justification

For Customer product adaptation (P1-P10)

Call for all necessary design reviews (both attend the GEEDS HW and SW design review )

Make sure that Design Reviews of other networks are happening in a timely manner (Purchase, Industrial)

Represent the R&D function at the customer

Interface with the customer for the R&D subjects of this project, break down and cascade internally customer requests and needs

Report and escalate to his project manager or R&D manager as needed

Detailed scheduling and budgeting

Contribute to the identification of the needs in terms of resources, equipments, investments

Establish detail break down of the activities to meet the milestones

Follow activities and spending of his scope to meet his allowed budget

Management of the contributors, daily management of all R&D contributors, dedicated or not: Specially test lab or Prototype Shop. Assign to them the work packages needed: Specially test lab or Prototype Shop

Contribution to R&D network

He follows up, and reports to the Standard Owners, dashboard indicators for different products (quality, capacity, productivity) as well as the open issues and technical risks.

He gets design information from P2 developments team of the Product Group. He ensures updating of product databases (PLM target, Google bases, etc.).

Continuously update the Bill of Material of different products and the qualification status of the components (the qualification itself is treated by the Components Engineer of Product Group).

He performs analyzes of failed products in coordination with the SQA network and PCBA suppliers.

He could lead the HW members to design both power module product and EHED products,could deal with technical issues/problem individually.Could make sure HW delivery files with good quality.

1. Bachelor Degree, graduated from related electronic profession. Have work experience for at least 3 years.

2.He/She has the interesting in electronics design or quality insurance for power electronics. He has a significant knowledge in electronic design and understands PCB manufacturing process. He can use PSPICE or other simulation tool. He can draw schematic with allegro or protel 99se or other tool. He can use instruments for test.

3. Pilot the HW level DR and attend the product level DR ;Make sure the DR input file( HW delivery files:such as :DRBFM,DJF,HDC,HTE,...according to the DR checklist) could be finished on time with good quality.

4. Good communication and support with other team member,with supplier,LVR team and other sites ...such as : FVT ,driver design review with JBL.Good written and spoken English ability.

5. He /she could lead the HW members to design both power module product and EHED products,could deal with technical issues/problem individually.Could make sure HW delivery files with good quality.

6. Know well about the R&D CLEAN; project CLEAN and other product development process and management.
