Responsibilities / 职责
- Responsible for Accounting activities including payment and collection, general ledger preparation, financial reporting, year-end audit preparation, direct and indirect tax preparation.
- Responsible for the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payment, collection, AP and AR entries, inter-company entries, inventory entries and other transactions.
- Ensure the stock control are in place and executed; timely reconciled the stock information provided from Operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial accounts, reports, statements and analysis.
- Make recommendations for changes as needed and ensure that company policies and procedures are followed.
- Internal control : execute and devise financial control policies to safeguard company assets and to ensure accuracy completeness and integrity financial records.
Desired Skills & Experience / 期望的技能和经验
- University Graduate with CPA designation
- Over 8 years management experience/financial controller capacity in logistics and freight forwarding industry of sizeable MNC.
- Handle full set of books with minimum supervision.
- Strong business sense, good communication & interpersonal skill with internal and external customers.
- Proactive, problem solving, and good analytical skills.
- Well organized to multi-task and work in a dynamic & fast paced environment.
- Pleasant & Mature, a team player
