Responsibilities / 職責
1. Operational Excellence
- ensure the delivery process is operated in compliance with HAVI’s standards
- ensure the delivery process meets customers’ requirements
-ensure effective routing arrangement of all daily needed out-bound deliveries by integrating the needs and -constraints of Inventory Control, Center and Transportation to compile the weekly schedule
- supervising the cost, quality and efficiency of the delivery movement of goods
- achieve outstanding results in regular HACCP / AIB / DC audits
- ensure adequate manpower planned for the day to day operation
- ensure safety at work and security at the transportation process
- monitor the performance of contractors and vendors
- plan and approve operational revenues and expenses
- ensure the equipments are operated and maintained in proper manner
- prevent the company assets from damage and ensure the maintenance is timely executed
- prepare strategic plan and annual operational budget
- escort center tour for guests, business associates or VIPs
2. New Business Support
- Involve in the planning, evaluation and cost analysis at the initial stage of new
business development
3. Sanitation / Cleaning
- ensure cleanliness of the warehouse and the office is maintained at a high level
- monitor the performance of contractors and vendors
4. Staff Training and Development
- build up the center and enhance service level through leading, motivating, coaching, training, leveraging, sharing
information and job enrichment
5. Any other tasks as assigned from time to time
Desired Skills & Experience / 期望的技能和經驗
- Problem solving, strategic thinking, communication, presentation and supervisory skill
- Good command in MS Office Applications, such as Word, Powerpoint,and Excel
- Experience in managing cold chain and food related DC operation, transportation management, project management,
process re-engineering and handling multiple customers are highly desirable
- A bachelor degree above, major in Transportation Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Electrical and
Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Science, Business Administration preferred
- 8-10 years of transportation management or logistics experience, of which 5 years in a managerial role
