HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

This position is a key strategic role, impacting the Division profitability and success on both a short and long term basis through identification and best-in-class execution of innovative marketing.

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible of leading, development and brand positioning of FreeStyle Libre and all the different product indications with HCP´s, access and government stakeholders which results concretely into growth and retention of revenue and market share. Implement the launch and execution strategies of new products in the market. Management of Brand Equity indicators (top of mind, awareness, purchase intent, etc.)
  • Develop local execution in line with brand campaign guidelines and coordinate with medical to develop and produce tools and training to sales force team to ensure effective execute and achieve KPI´s and expand the business to new targets, turns these insights into opportunities to innovative solutions to increase revenue and market share
  • Design the communication and marketing strategy for the key stakeholders and sales force
  • Financial management of the products in charge ensuring brands´ profitability and key KPIs
  • Ensures effective and timely implementation of agreed marketing strategies within budget and timelines
  • Identifies key HCP influencers and their KOLs to develop cross-functionally aligned HCP marketing programs.
  • Works in the field with sales force to identify HCP insights relevant for development or improvement of marketing programs
  • Ensures compliance with all appropriate Abbott and statutory business and regulatory requirements including Abbott’s ethics and compliance and code of business conduct procedures and protocols

You will report to the Senior Marketing Manager.

To be successful in this role, you will require the following qualifications:

  • Major degree related to Health, Engineering, Marketing or Administration.

Experience required:

  • Experience of 4 to 7 years in the area of marketing, or pharmaceutical sales or devices, as Product Manager, Brand Manager, preferably experience in the area of Diabetes,
    - P&L and financial skills
    - External audit experience management (i.e. Nielsen, ATV, Close Up etc.)
  • 90% English
