Responsibilities:
- Supports the development of downstream activities & coordinates HCV therapeutic area related development projects/strategies through innovative/digital approach and changes as needed in close collaboration with External Affairs Director and Brand Manager.
- Supports planning, coordination and development of company-initiated events with the customers.
- Drive understanding of patient & clinician insights within the therapy, including patient and referring physician behavior
- Proactively and continuously aspire to serve customer needs, customer expectations and challenges in order to build trusted customer relationships.
- Collaborates with HCV Brand Team colleagues and Communicates customer feedback & shares all insights of projects implementation.
- Promote and utilize analytic methods to establish/evaluate all related activities, including analysis and recommendation of new opportunities, and adapt processes and strategies as necessary.
- Build and enhance professional contacts within area of responsibility and expertise in order to increase sector knowledge, broaden the reputation of AbbVie and stay up to date with disease state and medical understanding.
- Ensure compliance with all appropriate statutory and company business and regulatory requirements, including Ethics, Compliance and Code of Business conduct procedures and policies.
Qualifications
- University degree
- Minimum of 3-5 years project management required
- Experience working with cross functional business teams
- Strong meeting collaboration skills
- Strong communication planning, execution and process management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, negotiation skills, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Demonstrates initiative, creativity, and strategic, analytical and leadership capabilities
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PPT)
- Excellent local language, good English and Russian
- Valid Driving License
