Job Description
職責Job Responsibilities
- As a Head Baker, you are responsible for managing the Bakery section and the Bakery team of the kitchen/s while working closely with the Chef/KM. Additionally you will also be required to plan production and develop seasonal or special offerings (LTO’s).
- Managing the daily production for orders received, and product quality
- Responsible for quality control of outgoing deliveries of bakery products from the Central Kitchen
- Responsible for ordering of ingredients for the baking team, cost control and cost management
- Shared responsibility of the over-all kitchen/s environment e.g. tidiness, hygiene and cleanliness, and equipment maintenance.
- Maintain and update the recipe card file, keep up with industry trends, and create new recipes as requested or required.
Requirements:
- 2 years previous baking experience in a large intuitional bakery or hospitality operation.
- 有責任心, 準時, 勤奮, 願意學習Responsible, punctual, diligent, able to follow direction.
