Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- Newly opened Chinese restaurant in Myanmar
- Mother company : land and property developer in Myanmar owned by Hong Kong Chinese
- We are looking for HEAD CHEF - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Over 10 years as chef in Chinese / Japanese / Asian cuisines
- Over 2 years supervisory/team leader/senior level role
- Work experience in overseas countries is a plus (not a must)
- Experience in setting up new restaurants is a plus
- 10 年相關飲食行業經驗,並擁有2年以上管理/高級職位經驗
- Responsible for performing as Head Chef in a newly opened Chinese restaurant
- Create and making menu & recipe, setting its standard and providing training
- To ensure operations are focused on a consistently high quality of product and service delivery
- To ensure operational systems, policies and procedures run efficiently
- To liaise with senior management team to ensure quality, consistency and development of the concept, brand and products.
- In charge of all food costs, stock takes, scheduling of the kitchen
- In charge of forecasting supply, and estimating costs
- Able to deliver consistent standards of food and help lead and develop team members to ensure an efficient and productive team.
- Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations.
- Lead, train and coach kitchen team members
- Station Myanmar
- 12 round trip air ticket between Hong Kong & Myanmar per year
- Annual leave : 14 days
- Accommodation & meals provided
