As a Head, Immunoassay and Molecular Commercial Product Support (CPS) Content Development, you will be responsible for: Primary focus of the role is commercial product changes for global markets, with accountability for development and execution of updates and changes for content and visual design of product labeling, instructions for use, and user assistance communication. Plans and leads activities to support content development, including review, localization and delivery activities. Manages Labeling end-of-life activities for Immunoassay and Molecular products. Accountable for staff performance and development including delivery on all project team milestones. Ensures all projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with organization's established policies and objectives Functional leader for IA / Molecular Commercial Product Support Content Development staff, projects and programs Accountable for the performance, resources planning, decision-making and overall team performance Reports to the Head of Commercial Product support This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers Providing leadership and prioritization for technical writers and project managers leveraging a global perspective for the management of labeling projects Developing support strategies and monitoring teams work on projects in support of immunoassay and molecular projects. Working proactively and effectively across departments regarding labeling related activities with peers and leadership in PHTs, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, Marketing and R&D. Facilitates decision-making process for Content Development in terms of process excellence, design quality and product labeling lifecycle Ensuring Content Development for Immunoassay and molecular projects are compliant with global industry, notified body and Siemens Healthineers standards and regulations. Leading process improvements that drive quality, reduce cycle times and costs, and produce year over year improvements within the C&L organization Developing and maintain a strong partnership with Packaging Operations and other members of the C&L organization to ensure labeling, labeling processes and technology systems are robust and support business requirements. Required skills to have for the success of this role Required B.A., preferable focus in Science, Technology or Regulatory Required 5+ years in LD, Life Sciences, Packaging or R&D 10% travel Previous supervisory experience a plus, preferably including labeling / technical writing teams. Demonstrated experience working in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry Knowledge of Product Labeling, regulatory requirements, and package labeling in the Laboratory Diagnostics Business preferred Siemens Healthineers has recently announced the next steps in our continued commitment to prioritize colleague health, comply with customer/business partner requirements, and help preserve our business continuity.
