• Develop Investment operations and middle office procedures, overview and monitoring, in accordance with Investment Standard & Policies
• Trade Processing & Settlements issue identification, procedures development, overview & monitoring
• Operational Risk assessment for Investment function across Front, Middle and Back Office through Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework to identify areas for attention
• Compliance and Risk Management issue identification, procedures development, overview and monitoring
• Review SLA / Agreement related to the investment activities with related parties (custodian, Banks, Fund Managers and Securities House
• Maintains good supervisory oversight with service vendors as well as strong working relationships with third parties and other functions
• Elevates Middle Office function to become trusted advisors and partners to key users, by providing strong, valuable analytical insights for portfolio investments
• Leverages appropriate technology and embraces tools and systems to generate better analyses
